This wine stems from the desire to go further in the search for the perfect wine, one that combines structure, complexity and balance.
Product of an exhaustive selection of the grapes selected not just from the plot but from the actual vine considered most suitable, those which produce three or less clusters in a natural way and which have an average age of more than 60 years.
These grapes are picked into small crates when at their peak, checked on a double sorting table and vinified in small vats at a controlled temperature.
After alcoholic fermentation they are macerated to extract all their potential. The resulting wine goes into French- and American-oak casks where the malolactic fermentation takes place.

Variedad

90% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano.
Age of vines: over 60 years old.
Maximum yield of three clusters per vine plant.

Vines grown on slopes and terraces combined with exhaustive selection of vine plants which only produce three clusters or less with small berries which weigh less than 250 grams are the keys to its personality.
